We have been in the business of rehabbing homes for over twenty years. We started doing this in the beautiful hills of upstate New York in the Catskill Mountains. We have since moved and well established in North Eastern Florida - Jacksonville, for the past twelve years, we are still turning out high quality homes at affordable prices. Five years ago our parent company White Collar Rentals was established in Jacksonville to provide high-end, fully furnished corporate rentals for business people, project workers, and families in relocation and in need of short term rentals.

Our real estate business has expanded into the single family housing market. We now offer pre-rehabbed and fully rehabbed single family homes at affordable prices. Our home inventory generally is targeted towards the Jacksonville, Florida area but at various times contains homes throughout the fifty states ! Our homes are offered at very affordable prices so the available inventory changes rapidly.
