In all of our "totally rehabbed" homes, we use excellent products that results in houses that show like model homes. Our skilled work crews are masters in their professions and take great pride in the work they do and the work that they do is second to none. Listed below are some of the standard features included, but certainly not the complete list.

	Note these quality kitchen cabinet features: All frames are built of solid 3/4" oak or maple Each rail is kiln-dried, joined by mortise and tenon, and then glued for added strength Solid wood corner blocks are glued and power nailed Solid wood toe kicks, 3/4" thick Solid wood hanging strips on wall and base cabinets, located at the top and bottom End panels are wood veneered, 1/2" plywood construction
	We replace all existing windows with double-hung windows. The double-hung window is perhaps the most familiar window type. It consists of an upper and lower sash that slide vertically in separate grooves in the side jambs or in full-width metal weatherstripping. This type of window provides a maximum face opening for ventilation of one-half the total window area. Each sash is provided with springs, balances, or compression weatherstripping to hold it in place in any location.
	A typical central air conditioning unit uses 3,500 watts of energy when running. A typical ceiling fan uses 60 watts of energy, even when running on high. Thus, if you ran your ceiling fan all day and it managed to decrease your home air conditioner use by just thirty minutes in a twenty four hour period, you’ll end up saving significant money over the long run with a ceiling fan.
	Whenever possible, our homes are brought back to their original natural beauty by a complete refinishing of existing hardwood floors. The shine, splendor, durability, and ease of maintenance are just a few of the reasons why.
